A BILL to repeal section thirteen-c, article five, and section
six-a, article five-a, all of chapter forty-nine of the code
of West Virginia, one thousand nine hundred thirty-one, as
amended, relating to the legislative commission on juvenile
law.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
§1. Repeal of sections relating to the legislative commission on
juvenile law.
Section thirteen-c, article five, and section six-a, article
five-a, all of chapter forty-nine of the code of West Virginia,
one thousand nine hundred thirty-one, as amended, are hereby
repealed.
NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to repeal §§49-5-13c and
49-5A-6a relating to the Legislative Commission on Juvenile Law.
